The daily maintenance of microwave equipment is very important, which can make the service life of the equipment longer and indirectly save the company 's expenses. So what maintenance do we need to do when we use industrial microwave equipment daily ? 

1. Regularly check the microwave transmission system. Microwave transmission system is a method to transmit microwave from the generator to the furnace. The outlet of microwave feeder is covered with plastic plate. After heating for a long time, the plastic plate will deform, affecting the sealing between the furnace body and the plastic plate. Part of the water vapor is a microwave transmission system, and the feeder enters the transmission system to condense. Water adheres to the inner surface of the excitation chamber, three-pin distributor, high-power circulator and waveguide. 

2 、 Check the cooling system regularly. The heat generated during the operation of the microwave module and the microwave reflected by the high-power circulator are absorbed by the refrigeration system. The water pressure is checked regularly, and the scale of the cooling water pipe is rinsed to ensure the effectiveness of the protection device and prevent the cooling water decompression and cooling water stability. The cooling system uses rubber tubes to connect equipment that requires self-cooling. 

3. Regularly check the shielding performance of the equipment. The inlet and outlet of the microwave drying sterilizer are equipped with a controller, and the observation window of the furnace door is equipped with a copper mesh. Protective measures are taken to eliminate microwave leakage. However, microwaves are invisible electromagnetic waves. People cannot perceive the existence of microwave through feeling. Only by checking the machine can they know the intensity and source of the microwave. 

4.According to the site production and use of environmental sanitation, reasonable arrangements for equipment electrical appliances, boxes, conveyor belts and other parts of the dust cleaning work, especially air-cooled configuration of the equipment, need special attention. Because if the magnetron and transformer of microwave electrical apparatus are attached with very thick dust, the heat dissipation effect will be very poor, and the working time will be long, and it is easy to burn out.
