The annual rainy season requires pre-wetting treatment ; 

2.According to the site production and use of environmental sanitation, reasonable arrangement of equipment, electrical appliances, boxes, conveyor belts and other parts of the dust cleaning work, especially the air-cooled configuration of the equipment, need special attention. Because if the magnetron and transformer of microwave electrical apparatus are attached with very thick dust, the heat dissipation effect will be very poor, and the working time will be long, and it is easy to burn out. 

If the dust accumulation is too much, the heat dissipation effect will become worse, so it is necessary to clean up the magnetron and transformer surface of the microwave drying equipment in time, otherwise the machine is not far away from the burning time, especially some conductive dust. 

4. Maintain a dry workshop environment. Microwave electrical devices are made of metal. The humidity of the workshop is high, and the surface of the metal electrical device will be relatively wet. When the power supply is connected, the water vapor attached to the surface of the metal electrical device will cause the electrical device to short circuit, thus burning the electrical device. 

5.Open the observation window of the microwave drying equipment box regularly, and clean up the debris left in the box. The debris in the box will affect the effective use of microwave power.
