What is the role of microwave drying equipment in the chemical industryMicrowave heating of microwave chemical drying equipment is very different from the traditional heating method. The traditional heating method is to rely on the heat source, through radiation, conduction, convection and other ways, first to heat the surface of the object, and then through heat conduction, so that the internal temperature gradually increases from the surface to the inside. The heat transfer rate in most objects is very slow, such as rubber materials, so it takes a long time to reach the overall heating of the object. 1. Drying. It is a widely used field of microwave energy. For example, it is mainly used for the drying of chemical products such as nickel hydroxide, zirconium oxide, lithium cobalt oxide, cobalt oxide, bismuth oxide, nickel oxide ( sub ), silicon oxide, antimony oxide, manganese carbonate and other chemical products. Compared with the traditional method, the heating and drying speed is much faster and energy saving. 2. Reduction and sintering ( combustion synthesis ). Compared with the traditional sintering method, microwave reduction and sintering have the advantages of fast speed, high efficiency and good uniformity. 3.Microwave application in synthetic chemistry. Under microwave irradiation, the reaction time of esterification, hydrolysis, oxidation and nucleophilic substitution reaction of the product can be greatly shortened and the yield can be improved. For example, diphenylhydroxyacetate compounds are important intermediates for the synthesis of drugs. The traditional method requires the reflux of p-diphenylhydroxyacetic acid and low-carbon fatty alcohol for 4H to obtain a certain yield of ester. The reaction is completed in only 10 minutes and seconds by microwave irradiation. It is easy to operate and suitable for control. Microwave heating can achieve the purpose of lifting and stopping in an instant, and the thermal inertia is very small. The application of PLC and touch control screen is especially suitable for the standardization and automatic control of heating process and heating process. |
